Software as a Service

The advantages of a hosted solution over the traditional local model are reduced management of the application's infrastructure, increased security and increased availability. In the traditional model, application maintenance was the responsibility of the company – be it the individual users or the IT department. In a hosted (Software as a Service) model, all hosted applications and infrastructure are located at a world-class hosting facility. This means all infrastructure and servicing issues and responsibilities are offloaded to the hosting company and their certified professionals. This also means that best-practice software management is the standard – daily backups, tested and qualified software upgrades / updates, virus protection and hardware redundancy are routine practice.

Integrated - Using our MortgageExchange product, ABT has the ability to tie unique software applications, web applications, and/or core legacy systems together. We integrate data between applications that typically do not communicate with one another. We are able to move information from one application to another, minimizing or eliminating the re-keying of information which decreases productivity and increases mistakes.

Secure - ABT systems span 3 data sites. Your instance of ABT's product suite and data set will be developed and launched in one of the sites. All of your instance information and data is mirrored in the other sites. If an entire site were to suffer any form of failure, your applications and data would be available via the other two. Even within your data site your information is being mirrored on separate equipment. If one goes down the user simply logs back in and resumes where they left off. Our time-tested process is stable, secure and always ready for you.
